Mental Health Awareness Week: Tools for COPING Thursday – How to Cope and Manage Onsite Challenges
Onsite teams encounter many daily challenges to maintaining their mental health. From pet regulations to plumbing disasters and residents who lose their cool, onsite teams must face each issue with a strategic mind and calm disposition. Even the best property managers need help sometimes. Join us as we wrap up NAA’s Mental Health Awareness Week by exploring coping tools for maintaining mental wellness and sustaining property-manager roles over time. Hosted by senior onsite professionals, Pete Regules of CORT Business Services and John Sons of Burling Capital Properties, we will have an open discussion about coping techniques that mitigate burnout, promote stress management, and build self-care and resilience.

We want to hear from you and help you develop skills like:

• Recognizing that “it’s O.K. to not be O.K.”
• Understanding that you're not in it alone and sharing the positivity
• Prioritizing mental wellness at the same level as physical health
• Making time for yourself and taking time for others
